The 27 storey, 42,000m2 Midtown Centre comprises of the redevelopment of the existing Forestry and Health Buildings into a single commercial office tower. The development will deliver 42,000m2 of premium office space, a sky garden and ground-floor retail laneway.

The design features flexible floor plates, Interconnecting floors and a rooftop terrace. The A-grade office tower will be the first major tower to be developed in the Digital Harbour Precinct of Melbourne’s Docklands. The commercial development will span 23 levels and encompass approximately 66,900m2 of GFA.
