Omnii has completed a wide variety of Hotel & Resort projects

Omnii understands how these types of facilities operate and the codes that govern their design (both building envelope and fire safety systems). This enables the application of our engineering services to generate opportunities during construction.

Omnii can assist with the relevant components of feasibility studies in order to contribute to the development of a hotel or resort concept, which responds to market demand, and still achieves fire and life safety requirements.

Some unique fire related considerations for Hotels and Resorts are:

  • Managing mass evacuation
  • Unwanted (false) alarms mitigation
  • Concealing of fire protection systems but ensuring they are always accessible and operational
  • Adaptability of spaces for multiple uses
  • Future proofing ability for the facility to undergo expansion or upgrades
