Construction of this Distribution Centre facilitated the warehousing of general consumables prior to delivery to Woolworth’s retail stores. The facility includes a three storey warehouse and an additional office building, which are linked via a bridge at mezzanine level. The project won The Property Council’s 2019 Award for Development Innovation.

The $72 million distribution centre development at the Heathwood Logistics Estate features almost 20,000m2 in warehousing and office facilities. The facility incorporates approximately 12,000sqm of state-of-the-art automated warehousing systems.

Fonterra’s $140 million Cheese Plant re-opened into full production 2.5 years after fire destroyed the original plant. The new facility incorporates a main 5,800m2 cheese plant, whey processing plant and substantial upgrades to site fire and process services infrastructure.
