Melbourne’s unique ‘Premier Tower’ will comprise of apartments, hotel, recreational spaces and a street-level retail offering. Spread over 79 storeys and featuring distinctive wavelike curves, the building is set to become one of the city’s tallest buildings.
The 43 Storey Atira student accommodation building houses 783 beds across multiple apartment formations. Communal facilities include open air terraces, sports and recreation zones, a cinema, videogame spaces and collaborative learning areas. The development won the 2019 Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat awards (CTBUH) Construction Award.

The 42 level premium Conservatory tower overlooks the city and comprises 446 apartments, blending garden and high-rise living. Extensive common areas also include a lap pool, jacuzzi and sundeck, gymnasium, sauna, entertainment deck, golf simulator and private residents’ cinema.
