Three Fire Engineers promoted in one month

Omnii

At Omnii we believe we have some of the best employees in the industry. As the business grows, with offices now in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and the Gold Coast, it creates opportunities for our employees to grow with it.

Recently, we promoted three of our valued team members, all who live and breathe the Omnii way, who are known for their exceptional technical abilities and who are very passionate in all things Fire Engineering.

At Omnii, I get the opportunity to accelerate my career growth by managing large, complex, and challenging projects.

Rusthi Ibralebbe
Senior Fire Consultant

We’d like to extend a big congratulation to the team on their promotions – Christopher Mauch, now a Senior Associate; Rusthi Ibralebbe, now a Senior Fire Consultant; and Asad Abbas Amerjee, now a Project Fire Consultant.

“An employer saying they will do something is very different from them actually doing it. At Omnii ideas are heard, understood, and actioned. This is different than many places I have worked at, and it is very encouraging to be part of a pro-active organisation that listens to their staff,” says Chris Mauch.

Our people are at the heart of the Omnii business and we heavily invest in career development through:

  • Regular training sessions conducted via Omnii Academy and Hour of Power, both on technical and soft skills
  • Mentoring by reputable industry personnel
  • Regular career conversations with leadership and our People & Culture Team
  • Individual employee training budgets
