The Omnii Way
The purpose of team building events at Omnii is to create unforgettable experiences for every Omniian.
We step out of our comfort zones, we connect, we laugh, and we celebrate our solidarity. When we feel like being a little bit spontaneous, we head for our office fun budget and may play lawn bowls or grab pizza and a beer on a Friday. Either way, the teams always have something fun scheduled in their calendars.
Training and Development is a continuous journey at Omnii.
The Omnii Academy includes regular guest seminars from industry leading researchers and educators from renowned universities as well as regular lunch and learns where you will have the opportunity to educate and inspire others through your own interests and research. Hour of Power training modules are organised every two months covering soft skills such as communication skills, conflict resolution, time management and growth mindsets. When you have a specific course you are interested in, you can make the most of your individual training budget which is $2000 per year.
Health and Wellness is behind everything we do.
We believe as employers we have a duty of care to help you build good habits that will not only improve your overall wellbeing, but also help improve your mental health, cognitive functioning and productivity. We provide access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), have quarterly in-office massages and we offer you $350 per year towards ongoing health memberships. If you fancy some soccer or a hike, Brisbane has an Omnii FC squad as well as a hiking group!
