Levantine Hill Winery
About the Project
Omnii was proud to contribute to this soon-to-be iconic winery and restaurant in Victoria’s green Yarra Valley; designed by Fender Katsalidis for Levantine Hill Estate.
We listened to our client and were attuned to the architectural vision resulting in a bespoke and contemporary fire engineering design.
The architect’s design sees the building echo the picturesque undulating Yarra Valley landscape and is home to the Levantine Hill’s Signature Restaurant, All Day Dining space and Cellar Door. The three-storey building has views of the vineyard, the Yarra Valley and an array of wonderful paintings and sculptures by Australian artists located throughout the vineyard.
The design reflects the winemaking process and Levantine Hill’s brand pedigree.
Completed in late 2020, it has fast become a dining and lifestyle destination for design savants as well as wine lovers.

The structure features high ceilings and sweeping curves across three levels, an underground barrel store, and spaces that can hold up to 250 people.
