About the Project
The future-ready, 4-star green star rated office building will incorporate 9,340sqm of exceptional office space and 122 secure basement carparks.
The design features flexible floor plates, interconnecting floors and a rooftop terrace. The A-grad office tower will be the first major tower to be developed in the Digital Harbour Precinct of Melbourne’s Docklands. The commercial development will span 23 levels and encompass approximately 66,900m2 of Gross Floor Area.
