Omnii’s Award-Winning Fire-Engineered Woolworths Distribution Centre

Construction of this Distribution Centre facilitated the warehousing of general consumables prior to delivery to Woolworth’s retail stores.

The facility includes a three storey warehouse and an additional office building, which are linked via a bridge at mezzanine level. The project won the Property Counil’s 2019 Award for Development Innovation.
