The 43 Storey Atira student accommodation building houses 783 beds across multiple apartment formations.
Communal facilities include open air terraces, sports and recreation zones, a cinema, videogame spaces and collaborative learning areas. The development won the 2019 Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat Awards (CTBUH) Construction Award.
