About the Project
Omnii developed a fire risk assessment methodology that demonstrated that the hazard of the site boundary in proximity to the openings in the carpark wall, met the relevant Performance Requirements of the National Construction Code (NCC).
This performance solution mitigated costly additional building works required by the prescriptive NCC provisions.
