About the Project

Fonterra’s $140 million Cheese Plant re-opened into full production 2.5 years after fire destroyed the original plant.

The new facility incorporates the main 5,800m2 cheese plant, whey processing plant and substantial upgrades to site fire and process services infrastructure.
